General Information:
Inquiries concerning the use of the St. Thomas Guildhall can be made by contacting the church office at 734-676-3122. All arrangements are to be made well in advance to allow for the space to be prepared for the reception.
The rental party will receive a copy of "Use of Church Facilities Rules" given to the rental party. They will include an explanation of the rules pertaining to the usage of the kitchen, any church equipment, rooms/spaces being rented and what is expected of the rental party. A representative of the church designated by the Vicar/Rector will meet with the rental party before and after the reception to go over all the rules and to answer any questions.
Prices are based on the use of the Guildhall/Kitchen for a period of six (6) hours from the time of arrival to the time of departure; not to go past 11:00pm. For a longer period of time an additional fee of half the original price will be charged for each two (2) hour period.
The Guildhall can accommodate a maximum of 120 persons.
Payment for use of the Guildhall/Kitchen can be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
